Note: TicTac3x5 is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not target or design our services for children under 13.

• Guest Users: We do not collect any personal information from guest users. Game progress is stored temporarily and removed upon logout.
• Registered Users: If you create an account, we may collect your username, email, and optional profile picture (stored locally on your device).
• Device Storage: Accessed only for uploading your selected profile image. We do not access any other data or files.
• Ad Data: Google AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, and device details for ad personalization. See below for more.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve app features such as user profiles, game history, and personalized gameplay. None of your personal data is shared with third parties by us.

3. Guest vs Registered Accounts

• Guest: No login required. Your session and progress are temporary and cleared when the app is closed or you log out.
• Registered: Your game progress and settings may be linked to your login credentials for future access.

4. AdMob and Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob for displaying ads. AdMob may collect information such as: advertising ID, device data, and IP address. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated data. You can make this request by visiting our Account & Data Deletion Page.

Once submitted, your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

7. Data Security

We take data protection seriously. We do not store sensitive personal data on our servers. Any profile images are stored only on your local device.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
